customer service ? what customer service!

when i was looking for my zx6r there was one there i wanted to ask a few Q's about (only really doing comparisons i knew they would want too much for it)

so i stand around looking at bikes .. waiting and waiting... no service go inside about 6 staff members standing around doing jack shit.

go up to one guy sitting on a chair just kicking back and ask him 'can u help me with a few bikes out the front' and he goes and i quote 'go ask someone else' ...... WTF!! i was standing there looking stunned as.. and just shook my head . thats so retarded seriously im never buying from team moto ever. simply cause they are all wankers, this was in nerang on the gold coast btw.

I've had good service from both Pro and Team Moto, and bad service from both too. Not much you can do.

I know how you all feel. I went there last weekend to find out about the new ZX6R and they just sat there like it was lunch time at 3 in the avo.
:x
The only reason why they got off there arse was the fact that I started getting on the new bikes and saying how it would be nice to ram raid this place, out loud 8)
I asked the usual question as in I know the RRP for the bike but can they lower it and the reply was no. When I told them that I have not made up my mind as to whether to buy it, he quickly went back to his mates on the lounge.
Bottom line is that they were as useful as a left handed screwdriver in a wood chopping competition. If you are looking for a deal on new bikes go to Southside Kawasaki at Bankstown. They might not be as big as Team Moto but I bet 100% the bloke will spend all the time you need. The mechanic there as well is awesome. He was spot on with the problem of my bike and fixed it for me straight away.

Sounds like Parramatta hasn't changed.

You could go for a bit of a ride and give Broad Torque Kawa a go at Narellan. I went there last week for a look and met the new owner, they are in the process of changing owners and don't have much stock at the moment (they were also robbed he said), he said they should be all smooth running by mid feb. Being in a rural area I assume their main business is probably chook chasers but I'm sure they will do other stuff.

I went out there today to order some parts. I'll probably look at getting the bike serviced there too.

dont assume shit like that...
smaller country towns ussually have much better service in my experience..i use to live & work in them..narellan is only 30 min from syd (depending how u ride)..and altho they do SOME chookies, u still get heaps of roadies...

I found that, much nicer service and you get to deal with the owner. I wish I went there sooner especially since they take as long to get to as any of the other places from home.

The chook chaser thing I was refering to was new bikes (its all they have in stock at the moment because they said they didn't want to order more new bikes until after the change over as it would add quite a bit of extra cost to the new owner), not servicing, etc. I'm sure they will have the usual roadies once they get settled. Who knows, I might get a zrx through them.
