I'd like to send an email to to the TAC outlining the costs involved in printing that 4-colour glossy envelope, the numerous pamphlets it contained and sending it out to every registered bike owner in the country. Then I'd like them to reply and tell me how many people wrote back and requested a copy of the cd. Then I'd like them to calculate the total cost of the exercise and divide it by the number of registered motorcycle riders and tell the GODDAMN TRUTH about where that $50 levy is going.

not only should you do that, you should also ask them why the 'black spots' are yet to be fixed !!!

Isn't that why this $50 levy was started in the first place ?
