Really was easy, I did have to drill a little of the metal lugs out on the inside of the throttle housing so it all rotated smoothly, just sand the PVC to a smooth curve like the pics and make sure it turns freely.
Best bang for buck mod I've done by miles

I have the motion Pro kit and think its worth the extra coin.. The thought of dodgin it up with pvc pipe scares me.. Plus i like the flexability of being able to change to diff size cams in a few minutes without adjusting throttle cables
Ive been using 45mm reel(3rd biggest), not game enough to try the 50

its not dodgin' up anything - done properly it is just as safe as anything that costs 400 times as much
- the wasteland insert on my 12 has been doing duty for 6 years now without any problems.

I did the PVC pipe quick action throttle mod and I love it. Cheap and works great.

For my 2014 ZX10r I got the rifleman 1/5 insert for 25 bucks including shipping.
15 minutes later it was all installed!
Awesome mod too!
