all good stunters bikes have throttle locks, massive rear sprockets etc - lots of little mods that make a *big* difference. When I had the Beemer with a cruise, I would text, use my GPS, even roll up and smoke a ciggie all while carving up Mt Hotham or negotiating peak hour.
