I just heard the dulcit tones of our very own Phil on the Yamaha add during the telecast.

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?
Shit-hot Casey, I'm having flashbacks to 2007 pitty for us fans is that there's been little close racing in the last few races.
Great podium for Colin Edwards riding injured
Casey has shades of the Mick Doohan domination of the 90s. Just untoughable all weekend. Must be a bit dishearting for the other riders. Perhaps king rossi needs some "harden the fuck up" pills to ride the duke..

Rossi probably went ok considering he started 13th and finished 6th. 3 crashed out, so he made up 4 spots himself....
I do have to agree, for the first time ever, with what Darryl Beattie said, "only 12 bikes finish in MotoGP and a few of the tail enders got lapped, it's not a good look for MotoGP".........

Has Rossi ever had to flog the shit out of a bad bike including 125 and 250(can't remember) to make a good result or has he always had the luxury of riding something good?
note: Not questioning his ability.
Hayden set the fastest lap of the race and was a lot closer to the front all weekend, so what is wrong with Rossi's bike.?

that is definitely the story ... hayden was no where near as slow as rossi in the dry... on friday straight out of the box hayden did a 2:04.7 and rossi did a 2:07.0 and was still a second quicker in the dry qually... i think ducati are understandably being blinded by the rossi factor... i mean they quit wsbk to focus on him and at some places hayden still outshines him... and he's never really had the bike built for him... i hope hayden smokes them up on the 1000s next year
