Re: Calling all Pom's/Micks/Scots/Frogs
When you are in Paris do the Catacombs - its where they buried all the dead after the plagues. its pretty weird. Also, if you are interested in Art dont miss out on going to the Louvre, but if you dont have that much time at least go to the D'Orsey Museum - which is like the louvre just smaller.
Go to the guinness brewery in Dublin.
You could always visit the Triumph Factory aswell when you are in blighty.

Will 12 weeks be long enough ?????
hmmm..depends I guess
We usually go for 4 weeks minimum...sometimes up to 7 or 8 weeks- last time 3 weeks in 2010 & before that 48 days (thru France Netherlands Germany Austria Italy Monaco Spain)
so i probably have spent more than a year in UK Europe etc ...based on the number of trips we have done over the years
( I am not including side jaunts to Turkey Eqypt or Greece while going or comingto the UK)
I would try and do a lot of the UK and plan to go to Ireland for say 5 or 7 days and France..+ maybe other Benelux in 12-14 days
hope that helps....
