I'm in. I think I am at the starting weight for last year. I seemed to do well, then it all just fell apart.

I know I have to do something because last track day I had to remove my back protector so I my leatehrs would let me tuck under the screen!.

I'm in!

Whilst I only need to lose 3kg's, those 3 bastard kg's are currently sitting on top of my washboard tummy laughing at me and subliminally making me drink more beer... :(

Start - 88kg's

Oh, and if anyone has seen my hot-arse wife Monica lately, you'll want to look into the Boot Camp program she does on Saturday mornings in Ashfield and Homebush. Emma, Firey's boss, did it last weekend and seemed to get through it okay.

If anyone wants more info, call Princess Monica on 8752 2071 or http://www.opt.net.au/bootcamp/index.html - They are about to launch a Saturday only program which isn't mentioned on the site. :kuda:

Fail too. Maccas for dinner and a magnum ice cream for dessert :( I'm swapping to the total lost method to Cath ;)
Losing weight in a birthday month is just not an option! Diet starts Monday!

Yesterday started well, protien shake for brekkie, small sanga for lunch, two pieces of fruit.

Then I had a lazy dinner, hash browns, chicken snitzel, baked beans and garlic bread.

Must try harder

Ok Wayne, I'm in to, there's nothing like the threat of public embarrassment for motivation.

Dave, I'll tentatively put my hand up for the run (though "fun run" is a bizarre term, ever seen a smiling jogger?)

Cheers
Matt

dave#3 wrote:I'm in. And I'll add an extra challenge for anybody interested ....join me and do the 9km fun run in September. Last year I lost about 18 kg's and kept all bar about 3-4 off - this year I want to try to drop below 100 and would love to make it to 95.
And maybe IN for the run. Would be a good excuse to see my sister... And maybe squeeze in a trackday :kuda:

I'm in aswell, also hopefully for the run too(if I'm not working that day)

One "Fun Run" that is a little closer is the MS Walk n' Fun Run on the 6th June, Dave#3 said he was looking at doing this one aswell :) . We could do Team KSRC and raise money
