Yep, not looking forward to it myself..

It was scary enough going thru it with the misses..

Although the kids are getting into the dirtbikes atm so hopefully they will have picked up some skills by the time they get on the road... Unlike the misses, who had never ridden a bike before...

My 18YO son is bypassing the bikes & has just got up enough time for his car P's..... I seriously doubt he will ever get his bike licence after hitting a tree on his Pee Wee when he was 4........ it was in a big field & there was one tree in the middle....... needless to say he found it
The missus wont let the girls near bikes so I have got buckly's there

I really think my kids are going to avoid bikes altogether  - even with a pocket bike in the shed, the young bloke shows hardly any interest these days......maybe a blessing in disguise. And they have seen me limp around / hobble / etc, enough to know that bike riding can hurt ....

Well I have a bit different problem.

My grandson turned 13 a couple of days ago and now thinking about riding like poppy. Maybe I can convince him to wait as long as I did but then I think about the many years I lost due to not riding earlier.... :?
