'Safety & Speed' Camera Around Sydney

the combined ones (safety camera) detect both speeding and running a red light.

A red-light camera only detects red-light offences.

I haven't noticed any new signage at these intersections yet though.

So do they detect speeding all the time or only when running a red/amber light or what's the deal?

I go through at least one of these every day, I've probably lost my license already if they're active!!!

I heard they only have 9 of these cameras at the moment, so they will be moving them from location to location and you won't know which one is active at what time. Yes they do both or either, so don't speed through a green light, ride slow through a red light and you are in big trouble if you speed through a red light.
