I am considering raising the bars as one option to stop the constant numbness I am feeling in my right arm and hand. It is getting to the point where it really hurts and is taking away so much of my enjoyment of riding. I sit at a computer all day at work and suspect I might even have rsi.

I don't want to - nor can afford to - sell my beautiful batgirl, so I am looking into solutions to the problem.
When your hands turn numb Colette, do you stop and get off the bike and imagine it's someone else? Or is that just a boy thing?

;)

Hiya Collette,
For info on helli bars and risers to suit,Ray Northridge from Easy Rider Imports at Enfield n.s.w. 0412892268, he also knows of ksrc.

If a rider needs to modify styling to make a ride work and work well, thats' all that matters,

I contacted Ray and apparently helibars are not made for the 06 model... :(

He suggested these:

Anyone know about these and where you can get them from?

Start at the home page http://www.gillestooling.com/en/produkte/vb/index.php and work from there I suggest, perhaps use the contact link as the site is a German one and send the link of what you're after, given they make them it's a reasonable chance they also sell them :)

Thanks Mick, I was actually asking if anyone has used this product and if so, where they'd purchased it from. ;)

Might be worth a pm to Cowasaki Col, I know she bought bar risers for the ZZR, not sure where from now.

Col, I don't have a spare set, so no labels / brand names.
They aren't gel ones, though, just the usual aftermarket grips - nothing out of the ordinary.
