Not too sure about the "how much for cash" one as it is too similar to the "put it on my tab" shirt that some one else has done.
We like to be original at KSRC.. :-)

Can I change my vote? I was tossing up between two of them and the "get a knee down" was the one I didn't go with, but I would much prefer it over the "how much for cash" comment.
