It'd be in the rider, the rgv was putting down 55-60hp stock, the zxr would be a claimed 40ish I'd be guesstimating.

some zxr r 40hp but i think the 91 yr when the c model came out it had 45hp after dat they restricted them to 40hp i,m pretty sure

Theoretically the 2 stroke will put out double the hp, but in reality it's more like 50% more. Apples and oranges, that's all. It is what it is.
Take that hp figure for the zx2r, and less 15-20% from regular losses to get closer to an actual at the wheels (atw) figure - & that's for the fresh version, back in '90s-ish. Throw yours on the dyno and let us know. TBH I think you'd be pushing 30, no offense intended. It would be interesting.
