I'm going to wait until I leave Flywheels and have my own identity before I say anything else on this matter. *D-a-v-i-d-B-a-i-n* is the name I have dealings with

PS are a huge operation, customer service is often left wanting because of large staff turnover I believe. you need to pick when and who to talk to to get the best result. PS doing Kwaka in the CBD is good, and hopefully will have a flow on to Geelong who don't have a Kwaka dealer at all (or Suzuki for that matter :? ) stuffed if I know why, huge town, massive customer area to draw from, who knows why?
Time will tell.

I'm with others though, twice I went to Cosways in a serious attempt to buy a bike and both times was happy to go elsewhwere and get a different brand!

Yeah they were a pack of pricks, if they'd played their cards right I would have bought the ZRX1200R that was on the floor (I visited three times in a week and they offered me a 'special' deal of $50 off the full-listed RRP) and as a result I'm now riding a Hornet, bunch of cahns .

I went past what used to be Cosways today, it's got Peter Stevens Kawasaki signage on it now .
