welcome back / aboard.

I used to have an EL250, biggest problem in that sucker was tank size/fuel range. You'll be hard pressed to get over 190km out of that tank.If you want to use this bike to get back into the swing of things half seriously then the BEST thing i can suggest you do with it (aside from ditching it and getting another bike ;-) is to seriously put a set of renthal flat bars on it, it REALLY makes it a much nicer bike to ride. You may not have the bike for terribly long, but it'll make it a bit nicer to ride if you do that, trust me on it.

Yea, good idea, it is too low for me anyway and was always going to be the wife's, it feels like it is doing astronomical revs at 80 kph tho, I am still ogling the 06 zx6 with titanium paint and red flames.

hehe, I have already had a "turn in front of" and I ride with my lights on, that 100mm disk on the el was glowing.

'valheru' go check Mack1's out... got a few 07 limited editions amongst a heap of others new and used...I have been dealing with Jade.. Seem pretty good guys and few mates of mine have brought bikes through the Midland store with no problems..
They also have 07/08 Z1000's , 07/8 ZX14's and 1400GTR's in stock.. A few ZZR's a nice CBR1100XX blackbird and various others.. Worth a look mate..

gidday & welcome, i had a 10 year break, took all of 6 months to feel comfortable on a bike again, now cant get enough. enjoy :D

thanks, was weird for the first 100 kays but now I appreciate it more that I did when I was young, just gotta watch those cages, even the missus backing out the driveway.
