I use to do Coopers Draught (after trying stacks of others) - Coopers Draught was the best of the lot. 1kg of sugar used to bring the alcohol to about 7% - after 1 longneck, you knew you'd had a beer !!! Me and a mate brewed over 1200 bottles of home-brew in less than 12 months back in 1995-96. Would do 2 batches at a time (5 dozen longnecks), and do the secondary fermentation in a modified fridge
