Mate you need to contact somke Boss at Kawasaki Australia Head Office. This guy sounds like a Pleb..
They should look after this, as per Glen and Madkaws prob.

Peter Doyle has not been there for around seven years. He now works with Matt Mladin.
Neville retired about ten years ago.
