I've seen people with drunk & disorderly's get lighter punishments than you have. hope the 2mths pass quickly. Just got my letter from the rta the other day, i'll start my 3 months walking on the 28th, so you'll be halfway through your punishment when i start mine.

At least after the first week i get to piss off overseas for the first Month or so of mine... Then the 2 months when i get back are gonna suck. So does the black box link up to your phoneline or something?

Well since ya got plenty of time on your hands you may as well resize those pics, they're fuggin huge and even with a 19" monitor I have to scroll to read a message.

Not got the readies for a 21" widescreen monitor so if you can resize myself and 1400 odd other ppl would probably be appreciative, as Madkaw has so succintly pointed out, thanks :)

its the priors that make the difference.

In isolation, the speeding charge itself is not *that* bad..........but as someone who has also had Magistrates almost blowing a gasket at them, (after reading 5 pages of priors before listening to my plea of 'Guilty, Your Arseholiness'....) I have a lot of empathy with old mate..........

I'm just lucky that most of the offences were last century, and technology wasn't so drastic back then....

When you get back in the saddle mate, take it easy for at least 12 to 18 months, you don't want any reappearances..... :?

Well its the 3rd day now, nored shitless lol...
Went out to the shed to do some work on the Prelude but realised i didnt have the gear i needed, went to walk back inside and saw the GPX... Rolled it out of the shed to the front door, was planning on just giving her a nice clean but i noticed the couple of oil leaks she has have gotten a bit worse so i turned her into a naked bike to make it easier to work on...
(and yes i resized the pics Dave :P )

mate how far is tha range of the thing?? just curious..do they tell ya or let u work it out by getting in trouble....what if u had a HUGE yard and was outside playing with the kids when the cops pulled up....lol

also..wouldnt it be more constructive for a magistrate to give Comm Service?? where the perp can actually do sum good for the community to make ammends, rather than have to sit on his arse all day in a house??

are u allowed an hour a day excercise??

nekas got a bit of a point with that. At a guess they could fine tune it to work with different distances so that it would go off about 20-30 feet past the boundary of his property or something. Which'd if he had a big yard, would allow him to go hassle the neighbours to give him back the f*ing lawnmower or something :).

And yeah good point about community service Neka, i didnt think of that, but it would have been more benificial to him (and others).
