:P, it was the closest book i had onhand that had a light cover so you could see the gizmo against a light background.

I had a sigma bc1400 on my zx9r race bike.. I'm currently in the process of hooking it up to the 7 but the magnet needs reaplacing.
If you want to use em for accurate speed whilst moving, forget it. The display reads a little to slow for fast accelarating bikes (having said that your Suzuki may be ok :D ). Its really only good for recalling top speeds, trip distances, times and the like... It is more accurate than a speedo though and the Sigma is good for 299kph...

yrs ago did this on vl commodore as the unit did a 0 -400m time - cant rem wat unit it was but if anyone knows what units still do this i would love to know

i have a g-tech but not sure how it would work on a bike, n e 1 tried them on a bike?

if front wheel comes up at all it would give u a dodgy reading wouldnt it???

Because he's a geek and can do such things? Heck we have a member here in Vic with a GPS and water bottle mount on his bike...

g-tech wont work on a bike, its too unstable...

I also sell these Acewell units, they both have the same features. The rectangular one ( ACE 3853 ) is $295 delivered & the round one ( ACE2853 ) is $279 delivered.
They come with a speed sensor & instructions. The rectangle one is about 150mm x 80mm x 25mm & the round one is 63mm Diameter.
