Nup, retracted their share holders discount. Staff are still getting around 5% across the coles group.

all the stuff they sell (not sure about motorcycle gear) is top shelf stuff, its just relabeled as their own brand.

i thoguht their kidney belt was mainly for warmth / fatigue / lower back support? not so much protection? thats all i was buying it for.

but yes, if i wanted protection id be buying a full back thing, but then again im not on a track and i wouldnt want to wear one everyday especially in summer.

No, they wouldn't. But on average their workers are getting $60-$80 more per week (majority of employees are perm p/t or f/t 30 hours plus) - and their stuff is already much cheaper AND they get to sit down at the register...I did say it was a very interesting article!

Oh and speaking of jumping castles...

Mrs Felix had an "incident" with a jumping castle at the Uni Bar several years ago...did some damage to her neck...she's not allowed one now! Mind you, it may have been the excess consumption of alcyhol that made her think she could mickyflip...

Tank Bag is Awesome, dont know if I'll use it on the bike though.

Three MAP windows ............ cool. Middle bit unzips to a backpack with shoulders & a waist strap. Multi use unit kewelll.

Boots started at size 8 too big for us, But Janelle got a full set of winters, pants, jacket & gloves.

If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

only thing with the tankbag, might be worth my while thinking about cutting out the map window on the magnetic bit so that i can keep it on while refuelling the tank...

Got a pair of gloves with the reinforced knuckle, feels alright, got a pair for my missus as well, hell, for $30, for sure!! Boots feel good, need to be broken in as they are stiff like a pair of ski boots, also something to watch out for is the velcro on the back of the calf muscle, i have had to loosen it up on mine as i was just unable to effectively change gears with it "as is".
