The congestion in the hallway can be a bit of a problem, but can generally be negotiated with bit a yelling at the wife and kids (hallway rage). I pick up a coffee on the way thru as well...
Same here mate.

I love working from home.

Roll out of bed, log onto the server at work, roll back into bed and get more sleep. :D

Every now and then i use to experience traffic congestion down the stairs, so i put the laptop in my room. :D

In NSW, it is just to piss us all off...
whats conjestion??

dont get that in wollongong... lol

how silly are the victorians for releasing that.
now i really know why i hate victorian roads.
And whats is wrong with Victorian roads??? Hmmmm wellll????

Stay off the main roads and all is good. Although one improvement could be a speed hump at the entrance to my court. A Bracks size speed hump. Lay the prick down and cover him in ashphelt. It's all the low life prick is good for
lets think, hmmm no warning for stationary fixed cameras, lots of hwy cops. mm no fun at least here we get 500m warning before a camera to slow down.

oh and the entrance to your street sucks.....dont wanna try that on a bike.

What a load of crap. How about improving roads to reduce the road toll. The auto barn in Germany is very well lite road with good sized lanes and there road toll on that road is not much worse than ours.(So Ive been told).
The Government don't think about families either do they, Parents don't get to see much of there children these days and that's just another 1hr+ extra that parents cant enjoy there children.
Also all the other adverse effects, stress, road rage, frustration, quality of life ( being able to make it to sport/events after work! etc)
Ive said it before and say it again.
BRACKS YOU STINK :!:

thats just the stationary, the mobile cameras they tend to put a 25x50cm sign 50m down the road, they might as well just print out my sig picture and put it there instead.

my ride to work is 10min on the pushy....or 3min on the bike.... or 7min in the car....depending on the 2 sets of traffic lights i cross...

moving closer to work cost me an extra $20 a week rent, but is saving me $50 a week fuel (minimum) plus the ute hasnt been serviced in 6 months..hasnt needed to!!

mind u even at the worst, adelaide "peak hour" is only abt 28mins...lol

You've been told wrong. The Auto Barn is a chain of car accessory shops in Australia and New Zealand.

The German Autobahne are, in terms of contruction, routing and purpose, mostly comparable to, say, the Hume between Craigieburn and Wodonga. They're not some kind of magical super roads. Contrary to popular belief, most of the Autobahn network is subject to speed limits of 110, 120 and 130kph. they are much more heavily policed than our own highways, and the sorts of carnage which routinely occurs along them tends to be pretty serious.

They're Germany's inter-city highways, not freeways between suburbs and industrial areas/business districts. Not many people commute along them.

Thank you for fixing my spelling error  , by the way whats contruction mean??

I also forgot to mention about the extra pollution traffic congestion causes.

mrmina wrote:maybe they should take a drive on the westgate.

The only reason crashes happen on the westgate, is due to people being frustrated with the congestion.

I think his theory is full of shit :!:
Yeah but crashes on the bridge are just a pain - it's rare for someone to die.
