The world is full of idiots that the government has to save by legislating stupidly obvious things. I'd always wear a belt, same oes for a lid, i just dont want to risk getting hurt otherwise.

Yep, I'm 100% in favour of optional helmets. As I see it, if you don't think you need a helmet, then you probably don't. Let's just let evolution take its natural course.
