That should provide plenty of motivation.
Bwahahahaha
Good on ya mate - it's all about routine. Get a good one and stick to it.

you can do it (guy from happy gilmore)
just remember becuase your dieting doenst mean you can enjoy all the food you love, just means protion control and also watching what you eat at what time.
dont forget we are always ehre for you when you need us to give you that confidence boost...
good luck with it, and i am very envious that you have the motivation to do this.

Good luck on your weight loss stereo, remember, dont so much cut out food you enjoy, but work harder in training. Im actually doing the opposite to you atm, im trying to gain weight.
Im 180cm (5'11) and before xmas '05 i weighed between 60 and 65kg, started eating more and weight training and have gotten up to 78kg which im stoked with.
It'll be tough, but remember all your friends will be supporting you and will keep you on the right track, but most of all your doing it for yourself and you are the only one who has control over your actions.
Once again good luck.

Its way easier if you live by yourself and just dont do so much shopping and that way you wont be doing so much eating either.
My weight used to get up there a bit when i was cab driving, plenty of good kebabs and zero exercise but the new gig as a courier driver has me running all over the show...I have discovered the archive box and there must be a million of them around the place.
So to recap lots of snacky things before coming home to big feed is no goo and neither is starving yourself.
Looseing weight is the cheapest performance mod available but dont do it just after you resprung the front of your bike.
Just think of every kilo as a new part made of unobtainnium the lightest metal known to man and you will be right.
some of its lifestyle but driving for a living i am a very ocaisonal drinker.
Think i have gone from 117kg down to 95kg and the lightest i get is around 80kg but am not too worried about it.
good luck

If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

Can we have a before and after test........a 138 kg 0 to 100 with big leathers vs a 90 kg 0 to 100 with slim motoGP leathers???
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Good luck mate. I lost 4kg after Xmas but I need to drop another 3 or so according to my GP. Didn't do a real lot different just ruthlessly stopped eating crap and started exercising.
It's really all about standing around drinking Dave's beer.
