Should be promissing come Monday weigh in .... No grog since Sunday night (thanks Dave ;) ) ... No grog til August  .. and Andy and I have decided only take away on the regular Mt White Pizza Friday ....

If I can get out a couple of times on the pushy (its just soooo fuckin coooold!) .. I should be at least 1 or 2 kgs better off

and this week has hit a turning point for me..... FINALLY! :kuda: :kuda: :kuda: :kuda:

I am now under the weight i started at! (including putting on weight stopping smoking & losing it again!)... so I can look at it the depressing way (ie: I've only lost .1 of a kilo in all this time)...

or look at it the better way...... (i've put on 4.9 kgs and lost 5 kilograms)

i think i'll go with the second option!

How's everyone else going? Feelin' good today!

Well .. last Monday morning I had a weigh in of 113Kgs .... HOWEVER ... after further inspection, and consulatation with my personal trainer (Andy) .... Ive been told the scales dont work accurately on the carpet :? I dont understand why ... so gave it a go on the hard surface this morning and it gave me the wonderful news of 105kgs :D ...

Now ... because Ive been off the grog, plus on a pretty strict diet . .AND even took the pushy for a good blat yesterday ... I put the scales back where I took the first reading ...and they said 110kgs ... SO . .. Ive actually dropped 3 Kgs this week :D .. .

Therefore .. first reading 108kgs ... This week 105kgs . . .

I dont invisage that much of a drop next week ... but hoping for at least 1kg per week . .. ;)

Dunno Frog .... didnt weigh myself when I ditched the bungers mate ... but I know Ive put on a heap of weight lately due to my excessive drinking and lack of excersise . .

I do know that I was 94kgs when I got back into mudder bikes (3 yrs ago) because I was on the pushy 3 times a week before hand and was really watching my weight.

Since getting back into the motorcycles, I havnt touched the pushy ... thus putting on a whopping 14kgs  over the past 3 years or so ...

That stops now ;)

:? No loss this week. A party and a birthday dinner are to blame, not me!

Im happy with the loss thus far. My goal is to get down to 100-103kg/s. I have a lot to go, but would like to get there by the end of August.

Its not been so hard to date but i have a feeling the last 10kg's will be :x

Whickle... some weeks you may not lose.. It's just the way it is... You're probably more disappointed because you had been dropping so much so rapidly...
But in the end you will get there .. Just don';t be disheartened if it takes a little longer..

I'm on a standard balanced diet... eating more fruit then i used to (i hardly eat fruit).. but a normal balance.. and getting in 45 mins gym time a day
but looking and working at this as a lifestyle change .. as opposed to a rapid loss.. so not expecting much :)

Yay for one of those non-losing weeks!

This week... 400 grams... and to think.. that really is just the difference between drinking a bottle of water or not.. :D

I was sooooooo good this week ......... until yesterday (ride day) . .... I reckon I undid (?) most of my hard work through the week.

Figured I would treat myself to a bacon n egg roll ...... ummm .. then a cheese burger for lunch . .. ... then chips n gravy for afternoon snacky (thats Allie's fault !!!!) ... and chicken ceasar for dinner

So .... only -1 for this week .... 104kgs.
