Always harder on Wednesday arvos when I kick back with a drink or more ... although I came through like a trooper on Sunday night ... having drunk my way through a whole bottle of scotch .. .very respectable hang over the next morning, but no a durrie in sight!
Glad to hear Jonno still on the waggon . ... we know it aint easy mate, but the cravings get less n less.

2004 ZRX1200R And on the seventh day Richo ended his work which he had made. Decided resting was for soft cox, straddled the REX and headed up the old road. And it was good
the Mrs. and I are quitting both the ciggies and 'special ciggies' next Monday the 7th of June..
We set that date 2 weeks ago and have been cutting down since and creating a calender of things to do to take our mind of the big quit!
Activites like:
- Gym
- Ice Skating
- Going for a run (we will start out walking) lol
- Going for a ride!
- Tennis

activities are good... but if you are a big computer user make sure you find wonderful websites to keep you busy... (online games/solitair/posting to ksrc etc)

sleep lastnight wasnt easy.. to say the least!!
went ice skating lastnight with the Mrs. it was good, definately exhausted us and took our minds of the cravings but now my legs are fuking killing me!! oh well, hopefuly they'll take my mind of the cravings too lol
all in all, going well.. not as bad as i thought it would be but i guess its only early days
