Thanks Tony :D I have been doing some investigation & have contacted 4 Matt suppliers, Guys this is not going to be cheap
The Teknic (sp) ones from the UK that are readily available out here are made in bulk hence the low price tag but you get what you pay for.
Their matts are a pretty low quality & the material hem round the outside does not sit flat.

So the custom made ones have a Nitrile rubber backing & edge with a polyester woven (like short carpet) top where the print is.
we are going to be looking at about $140 -160 each + postage depending on the qty we order.
Warning, there are cheaper ones on the market but research has shown that they dont use Nitrile rubber & can leach toxic chemicals from the rubber over time & the quality of the printing is pretty crappy... rather not use them :x
seems the process for manufacturing is not easy & is reflected in the pricing.

Yep I would pay that ...... knowing that the product is A1
I would get a sample done first to check the quality & to make sure they are spot on before going bulk anyways.

The old carpet from my old house does a great job in our shed :).

In for a neck warmer though and maybe some other stuff.

I say a vibrator is the go.
Bright green with a slogan like, 'Ride it like you stole it', or How about a ride?', or something along the lines ofr being a wet weather alternitive to a kwaka. :kuda:
It is far better to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even if chequered with failure, than to take rank with those who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, as they live in grey twilight that knows no victory nor defeat.
