Not knowing the bike specifics (i.e. the reason why the engine seized) year model, overall bike condition and kms etc, I can give you a rough estimate of up to $1000 in labour and up to $2-3000 in parts.

I don't know how much this bike is going for on ebay but to give you a reference ...
