went ice skating lastnight with the Mrs. it was good, definately exhausted us and took our minds of the cravings but now my legs are fuking killing me!! oh ...

the Mrs. and I are quitting both the ciggies and 'special ciggies' next Monday the 7th of June..
We set that date 2 weeks ago and have been cutting down since and creating a calender of things to do to take our mind of the big quit!

its clean as, M4 pipe & tinted screen.. one small scratch.. very happy with it!
