Do you see the contradictory nature of your argument, or is racial prejudice, and hatred for authority blinded you totally?

Where did I mention race in any of my personal comments Strika? I didn't, but because you don't understand where I'm coming from you assume it. I'm not racist, far from it ...

This would have to be pretty close to the single most dumb-fuck thing I can recall anyone ever posting to this board...

Believe it or not, I wasn't always a copper. I've done stupid things. And when ever I got busted by the local copper, I was never cowardly enough to run away...

Cowardly enough to run away! Who are you trying to convince with that statement. Me? Yourself? Or the young riders who read this ...

That wasn't my point! Real men are man enough to put their hands up and admit when they've fucked up. If you are running from the cops you're more worried about what's happening behind you than in front of you..... next thing you're running lights and putting the lives of innocent people at risk ...

What you don't know about Insurance companies

INTRODUCTION

The Business of Insurance

the only other thing i think you need to take into account is that in the 70s, one person in the family worked, now if you want to buy a house, you need two income's.

Too true! I didn't factor that in but it explains why so many people could have afforded homes after the second and third ...

Rates are low ish right now, but not so long ago they were 18%. Homes are astronomical in price right now too.

Say you borrowed 320k on a home in the inner burbs of briso, and lets say ...

Just a word to those that think they own their own home, simply because they have paid off the debt and now hold the mortguage. You Don't!

Now I own my bike, I can be destitute and eating scraps from bins and no one can take it off me. But not so with a home. You fall behind on the "rates" and the ...

Forget about buying houses now! The housing market has been overinflated by around %140 and were at the peak of the market, the top of the biggest real estate bubble in the western world. This was aggravated recently by the 2001 stockmarket crash which forced investors into the "seemingly" safe ...
