A quick update.

The news is NOT good.
Dave#3, Bladeboy and myself rode to the PITS Sunday arvo.
Few bike out and the Road Warrior was almost deserted.
But out with vengence were the cops.
We passed a Grey Unmarked Falcon not far before Deenos corner and he was setup South Bound on the divided ...

Anyone else buying posties? plaster KSRC stickers over the honda labels and we can have our very own KSRC postie run!

We only saw one copper Last sunday but the fingers were twirling early on.

But i don't think anyone would dissagree that 60Kph on that road is ridiculously slow considering the speed used to be 100K's when it was a main road.
Sure the surface is not great but don't ride outside ...

The cop i spoke to said the Putty and a number of other roads frequented by Motorcyclists would be the target for this sort of attention.

I'm assuming they will also target the National Park and Georges Down (The Road to Wollombi), Maybe even Wisemans Ferry Road ...

On the front page of the local rag was a picture of the cops telling all about those naughty motorcyclists and they have got $750K to spend on enforcement and will now be patrolling for quite some time to come.
They claim to have given up a pursuit on 3 guys after speeds hit what they claimed was ...

I was speaking to a Gosford HighwayPatrol Motorcycle Cop today and he has said over the next 6 weeks, the Old Road, the Putty and a number of other popular roads where Motorcycles congregate will be targeted.

Please watch your Speed and ride carefully.

Please pass my thanks on to your friend for not only offering the first aid kit but for stopping to assist.

I will restock that kit and leave it on in the lock box of my bike, Just in case another biker is ever in that situation.
