I have since made enquiries @ HART and STAYUPRIGHT they hold 2-3 day courses for beginners that includes pushing bikes around the track and ballance dynamics & counter steer principals....shall look at pencilin lovy in next year....spose it saves me havin to look for a 250 for chirstmas for her ...
