Re: Gasket suppliers
I ended up getting them from a shop called "Cradley's Kawasaki" in the UK.

Re: Gasket suppliers
Thanks for the replies. I have gasket paper so that's no worries. I'm more chasing the rubber gasket for the cam cover and the spark plug well o-rings, as well as the rubber gaskets for the head bolts.
I might have to look overseas.

Gasket suppliers
I'm after a gasket kit for my zxr400 racebike and was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a supplier. I wouldn't mind a set of steel clutch plates either. I've tried Otobai and Victorian Motorcycle Wreckers, am going to give RB a call tomorrow. Is there anyone else apart from that ...

Re: zx2r idle adjustment
Have you stripped the carbs or anything? You might have a sticking float that has been compensated for by winding the idle speed right up so when the float finally drops the bike just dies.
Just a guess.

Re: Spongy brakes
Fitting stainless hoses isn't really an extreme thing. Bikes only come with rubber hoses because they're cheap and production bike spec is governed by economics.

Give Hel Performance a call.

They give great service, great lines with everything you need (yeah I've actually bought a set of Goodrich hoses before that didn't include the banjo bolts) and good price. From memory lines for front and rear cost $250 when I bought ...

Keihin FCR Bellmouths
Hi. I've got a ZXR400 with a set of flatslides. One of the bellmouths is broken, I don't have the pieces and was just wondering if anyone knew where I could buy a replacement. I've rebuilt the bellmouth with devcon by making a mould out of body filler, but yeah, I'd rather have a new bellmouth to ...
