pretty much all kawasaki filters are foam, wash it with petrol or turps and oil it with filter oil

cant immagine why its stuck to the mesh, but you might have to rejet for a K&N

i had the exact same issue with a certain bike shop that bought BK out.... asked them to clean the carbys on my cbr250, but it was still running shit after that... mechanic says he did a compression test and found that #3 was 30psi down on the others, so no point trying to make it run better cause ...

those prices are ok. i wouldnt really bother with an adjustable rotor, as your going to have lots of fun as it is adjusting the jetkit ;) +4 is usually a pretty safe figure. run 95 octane fuel.

that info on the factory website is talking about needle jets, not needles.

Just about all chargers i have seen(even the cheapies)have some sort of regulator on them,so as the battery charge increases,the amperage from the charger decreases.I think they would all have to have something like this on them as a safety standard or your battery would simply blow up if you left ...

....I personally would disconnect the battery before charging and I would remove the caps if the battery has them.

but that's just me.

This is 110% sound advice - Ignore it at your Peril. ECU's are *hot*, ie they are *not* disconnected from your 12v supply when the ignition key is turned off ...

shouldnt really matter if the bikes not on

but ive never charged a battery with it still connected to the car/bike, and the battery has always charged up (as long as it wasnt fuct) and i never caught the aids or anything :P
