So if a battery is not supplying +12V it wont start?
I am now getting starting issues on my old girl and my meter showed 11.7V, my guess was the battery had given it up as once I clutch start it it goes ok till a stall then back to clicking. I also jumped off the car battery and it started no ...

Thanks guys for the feedback so far... it looks like it doesn't really sound like there is much in it then and maybe more personal.
As much as I do like the 06 and the sexy under seat exhaust and larger CC's I do prefer the 09's display and the review sounds great, I also read about a higher reving ...

I'd like to see Philbo on Nappers bike doing an 'extra' 500rpm ... hell im pretty sure id pay to see that, i'd pay even more if i can mount a video just above the rear derailler facing forwards to catch the action :D

I'd try to run the tank near empty then find a small camera and take pictures inside to see if you can see the hoses or try putting a small webcam/video inside or at the fuel opening to see what you can see...
I dont thinkits a carby problem if you can get 235 from the main tank, as I often get that ...

You should be getting around 270k or so before getting on reserve fuel though normally and maybe another 50k on reserve till your pushing it down the street... Do you set your trip meter each time you fill up?
Weird problem, a royal pain in the ass and i'm sure it messes with your head.
