Thanks guys for searching for a manual. I managed to get a hold of one - 320pages worth :roll:
It IS THE ALTERNATOR LEADS!!!!!!!!!!!!! gggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :x
So now we got hold of a multimeter and tested the leads leading out from the alternator. But all 3 black leads read exactly the same ! So ...

to be sure, what id need to see is a picture of u holding the stator.. preferably naked or in a bikini or lingerie :P

Right - just got home and defo the speed sensor - but I dont need that - so ...

Speed Sensor??? This is what she has chewed too...but I am thinking I might not even need that on the race bike?? I dunno

Ok - I think i found the part that is damaged - its the cables of the Generator - The cables attached to the Stator.....
How do I fix this -? ANy ideas?
And WHAT DOES that part do anyhow?
