its a common problem with the 03, i have and race the rr, same problem to the extent of being dangerous, you have to replace the whole master cylinder with an older zx6 one, fixes it once and for all,

fornt - Pirelli super corser - sc1 - 120/70
rear - Pirelli super corser - sc2 - 180/55
$500 .00 - usually 150 race laps

this is where my road glass hangs for 11 months of the year in the dedicated bike room of course

i wouldnt be buying sbs hh pads if i wanted them to last, thats what i use to race with but they give good stopping power and really nice feel to em, if your going to grab a huge fistfull of front stoppers there pretty good,
when changing your pads be sure to lightly sand your front disks as well ...
