Ride it and ride it! Once you feel comfortable buy a crashed on and get it ready for the track, you will most likely want to sell that one to either fund your racing addiction or to buy a bigger bike for the road. Enjoy it and don't change much would be my advice. Sprockets and chain are easy to do ...

Lets hope they can get a calendar out and stick to it!

I'm also on the GC, I don't get out to too many road rides except going from A to B, racing takes up most of my time. Give me a yell if you want to come out to the track some time, even just as a spectator.

I ride a Honda VTR1000 Firestorm on the roads, and race a Honda CBR250RR.

I have not being doing many road rides mostly due to alack of time, however I always post about race wekeends - if you're keen to ride out to Warwick (2 hour ride wist) then you would be most welcome to chat to us in the pits ...
