He now has more lung to breath with but is still on oxygen. They are pumping him with 4 antibiotics and one at least is working (they don't know which one). These are hard ...

Still don't know a great deal, but he is at the moment trying to breathe on only about 1/4 or less of his good lung. The other is not working at all.
