Doug McRae has just taken over the recently refurbished Bodalla Arms Hotel from his former employers.

He can accommodate 14 and happy to allow overflow to rollout sleeping bags or pitch a tent out the back with use of amenities.

He can also provide lockup garage to secure motorcycles overnight ...

Gee Pete, you look remarkably like "Sarge".

Ah, Sarge was sitting back in his watch/instruct/stir chair. He took the pics of me doing stuff and jumped in to give direction and add some weight to things when he had finished laughing.....it was my first try at a tyre change...but we had fun ...

A brilliant 618 kilometre trip down thru some great back-roads and main roads. A tyre change challenge with brilliant assistance and encouragement from everybody.

The trip home of 687 kilometres had some nice back roads my brother showed me until I got back to the DRED which I almost dozed off on ...
