I have found this site where I could purchase from the US an " Akrapovic Sport Production Exhaust System - Kawasaki ZRX1200 ". The cost is $728 USD plus freight $475 = total $1,203 USD with the exchange rate that would still be around $1,400.
If you decide to buy this system and you want ...

Advice sought on towbar for ZRX1200
Hi Gang,
I'm about to purchase an Elite Camper trailer to reduce accommodation costs while touring (mostly in the UK & Europe & USA) and I'd like some advice on what to buy (or what not to buy) and how to fit a towbar.
TIA.
Kind regards
Dave Milligan

Kind regards

Re: NZ - Cliffhanger Hillclimb 15 & 16 March, 2008 at Gladstone,
Another two bikes have joined the Aussie assault on the Cliffhanger Hillclimb in March.
One is a full race MV Augusta 750 and the other is a GSXR750. Should be interesting.
Anymore want to make the trip?
Kind regards
Dave Milligan

Re: NZ - Cliffhanger Hillclimb 15 & 16 March, 2008 at Gladstone,
Hi Gang,
I've talked to Mick Matheson and he's asked me to keep a space in the container for a race bike to do the Hillclimb. A Mick Fraser wants to go "whip arse".
This I'd love to see,....and will, cos I've just booked my airfares. I'm flying to Christchurch to pick up my bike on Thursday 13 ...

ZRX1200 cams
Hi All,
Anyone here heard of cam lobe hardening problems on the ZRX1200 models?
I've got a 2002 ZRX1200s (64,000kms) and my service mechanic did the shims a few weeks ago and told me there is unusual and excessive wear on some of the exhaust lobes. Asking questions of the dealer and a Kwak staff ...

Hi red_dave,
Yes I do remember. Did have dinner with Matt & Di (and the rest of the tour group) who came with us the following week to the Sepang MotoGP.
Had done nothing about this forum because we've been so damned busy and then yesterday morning Maggie pulled out the ksrc stickers you gave us ...

Re: NZ - Cliffhanger Hillclimb 15 & 16 March, 2008 at Gladstone,
looks good - you need to change the date in the website - it says March 2007 ??

Hi from Essendon
New Forum member.
Have owned a 2002 ZRX1200s since new (8 Dec 2002, I think) and it's now done 68,000kms.
My wife had an ER5 in 2001 to 2005 and a new Z750 from early 2004. In June this year when she saw (at the Isle of Man behind the main grandstand and it was actually the brilliant colour which ...
