Thanks for the advice guys, I spoke to David today (Laurie's son)
And I will be taking the bike for them to have a look.
I also drove out to Parramatta today to look at the bike, and it appears that there is no crack in the frame, and that it was diagnosed incorrectly originally.

I like the idea of it doing the adjusting itself rather than me adjusting because I have limited knowlage experience with suspension set up, I have a price of $1600 delivered..

The Taren Point store is no better, I will never shop there again.. The service I received from the manager of the store was unbelievably bad. There return policy is a joke..

Im up and running, thanks again for taking the time out to have a chat the other day, i had a free dyno session from a mob down here in sydney so i took it out there yesterday, the numbers look modest but the difference in the smoothness of power delivery is great. i thinks its a good starting point ...

Just a quick update, there is a bit of a difference in opinion wether to have your bike tuned after you remove your cat and install a mid pipe and slip on, this is just my experience.

Justin spent from 11pm to 1am trying to sort out my issue but we had a poor remote connection that kept dropping out.
So I took my bike to the guys from road & circuit who dyno tune bikes using the Woolich racing software and they found that 1 of my connections wasn't crimped down properly..
