wheel bearings for my ZZR250 were $6 each so $12 for each wheels..

Man does it roll alot smoother now....

Make sure the rubber band that goes from the airbox from under the tank is attached to the air box properly (if this doesnt seal it, it will not idle properly)

Im not sure what rubber band you are reffering to?

In my ZZR 25o the Front wheel bearings are shot ..The previous owner must have had a smash as the wheel is also not straight...

How do i remove the bearings as they seem to be wedged inside .its difficu;t to hit them out due to th spacer inside.

I have the same problem

Have to set the isdle at 2500rpm for it not stall...Otherwise it just keeps falling and falling(revs) till it stalls.....At 2500-3000 it isdles pefect....


Carbies balanced,,,will check the mixture screw....

PS in mine i couldnt find any leaks.... dose the same thing when ...

ZZR is almost fixed....Just not used to that sound as I have owned 4cyl bike all my life...The little inline twin sounds kind of rough....
