Definately rewire it back to using the thermostat.

Winter I doubt the thermo will even come on. I have had the thermo/rad fan on my ZX2R come on only in summer at the track, and in very heavy traffic, again in Summer.

Wiring diags can be found in the owners manual, failing that an auto elec will ...
