Only other photo I could find. The Akra pipe is a 'factory' affair and a wide range of accessories will apparently be on offer.
I guess my initial disappointment came because I love the current ...

2011 Z750R
New model Z750R was released today in Italy.

New brakes, suspension, exhaust, revised engine. Looks ok but disappointing.

Re: Gazza given the heave ho from BE1 Triumph
It appears McCoy will take the role racing/testing the new FB Corse MotoGP bike that John Hopkins was supposed to ride. This has a similar nasty stench of the Ilmor project to it. Hopefully, by some miracle, FB Corse have lucked in on the perfect combination and Gaz can finish his career on a ...

Re: Gazza given the heave ho from BE1 Triumph
Perhaps Triumph want an American to sell more bikes in the U.S. The funny thing is though, Garry McCoy is probably better known in America than Jason Di Salvo and would be more successful to promote the brand. A lose/lose situation I think.

He was riding a Stiggy supersport machine I think. Don't know how far/if the project has eventuated any further than that.

Re: Anthony West
He was testing for the Ralf Waldmann led MZ Moto2 team earlier but the unofficial leaked lineup for this class didn't have him or the team on it. Looks like another tough year for him.

Re: bikes at bathurst
Back when men were men.
you should of seen 'em live
Hansford on a green machine coming off the last hump at around 280-290ish and flying for 100m ..or more
before having to stop for Murrays  (bathurst circa 83 from my memory)
My old man still reckons Hansford is the best rider he ever ...

Re: MotoGP returning to 1000cc??
Let them spend what ever they want - it is the pinnical of racing. If you want the development to have benefit to the real world, limit the amount of fuel they are allowed to use. You can guarentee with in a season they will be back up to full power/speed, and will have developed technology that ...

Re: Rossi: It's me or Lorenzo at Yamaha in 2011!
I read somewhere that Stoner's main guy is moving to Honda next year, possibly setting up a move for Casey in 2011. That would make a Rossi move much smoother.

Re: Sykes to be Vermeulen's team mate
Yes, a talent. Finished top 10 in his rookie WSB year on a new bike. Not his fault that Spies is a freak. I love Westy but his year was hardly any more impressive.

Re: Rossi: It's me or Lorenzo at Yamaha in 2011!
Valentino's never wanted a competitive teammate hence his approval of Edwards and Hayden as his teammates but vetoing talks between Yamaha and Stoner a couple of times. Add to that, Yamaha allowing Lorenzo to sign his contract after their usual deadline period and for a one year deal, two things ...

Re: MotoGP returning to 1000cc??
Hooray, bring back the firebreathing, powersliding 1,000cc MotoGP machines! There is talk of allowing production based litre engines in MotoGP, reminicent of the old WCM team who used highly modified r1 cylinder heads in 2003. It will all depend on what WSB's contract with the FIM says.

Re: Sykes to be Vermeulen's team mate
Sykes is indeed a significant talent and will be a good teammate to Vermeulen. 9th in his debut WSB season is solid, unfortunately for completely overshadowed by his amazing teammate. He's a hard charger and if they can get the 10 to a decent level of competitiveness then he'll turn a few heads.

Re: The Grinner and CV @ PBM WSBK 2010
I'm super-chuffed with this lineup. Vermeulen is a proven talent and definately a title contender so long as the machinery is competitive. Sykes is a talented young charger who has been unlucky enough to be made to look second rate by his freakish teammate and fellow rookie, Ben Spies, despite being ...

Re: Chad Reed to Monster Kawasaki
I think Chad was only on a Zook for a year after Stewart took his ride at Yamaha. Apparently Suzuki wouldn't stump up the sufficient funds to hold on to him.
