THanks for the tip Rob, while I'm in here asking might as well clear up another gripe. The headlights on the Z why does only one work? I'm assured by the dealer this is standard but seems stupid to me and i reckon it looks crap. can they be modded easily to both light?

Hmmmm intersting and plenty of stereotyping going on here....

I'm a cage driver.
I also drive a 4wd
My wife is also a cage driver.
She is one of those evil soccer mum type 4wders...

We are obviously the most dangerous ppl on the road for motorcyclists..
Neither of us have had an accident with one ...

Bris-Whens the next ride

Hey people, was just wondering if there was a ride coming up. Another western wagon train would be fun. I'm keen to take the new bike out and stretch it's legs.

Z750 fender mod

does anyone here know about the fender-mender bracket for the rear of the Z750. I was looking to get one but at $165 for a bit of painted flat panel steel with holes in it was a bit rough. just wondering if anyone had a pic of a Z750 with it on to give me an idea of the look. Thanks

Greetings

Well always a difficult task but here goes.
Start with the basics:
Male, 42, fitter than i should be, fatter than I'd like.
Just recently got back into bikes after a long respit, (married) thats now been well and truely solved.
Bought myself a new Z750 as it was the last bike i rode back in '91 ...
