re: I have seen the light...

Hello Ratmick. My first impressions of my 1100 was the incredible pulling power it has, closely followed the enjoyment of listening to the huge induction growl.
Made my old Yamaha seem feeble.

re: Where are you from?

I can see what you guys mean.
The membership numbers in Queensland really have taken off.

What's wrong with South Australia though? Aren't you permitted to ride bikes over there? Too many churches I'd say.
People should be out enjoying life on the weekends, not being couped up in a church ...

Re: How fast?

the only way to do this is mathematically
does that help?

cheers

Hi Ian. Just looking at your formula for calculating speed. I won't quote the entire essay , just thought I should correct the use of diameter, not circumference. You'd use diameter to calculate the circumference using pi ...

Thanks guys. That gives me something to play with in the evenings.
Ron, are you the only other 1100 rider around here? Your bike looks to have a new exhaust and screen. What about your suspension?

ZZR1100 ride hieght adjustment.

Hi Guys, I actually have a serious question here.
After riding my friends ZZR1100 again last week end (the one that converted me to Kawasakis), I noticed that it turns in much quicker than mine. The rear seat also sits up a little higher than mine. It’s the same year bike, and we are using the same ...

Re: re: Single Seat Rego

Brisvegas...... cheap petrol.....
subsidised by expensive registration...
Hi Ian, Just to clarify, I'm sure that my rego was about $480 last year for the Bike. I'd say, "Queensland, cheap petrol and cheap rego." Just a reflection of a generally cheaper cost of living.
Also, the oil companies ...

re: Clunking sound when shifting

Hi Volfan, I'm very new here aswell. However I'll try to share my limited experience with you. After moving from a Yamaha to a Kawasaki, I had concerns about the clunky shift in the lower gears.
After asking quite a few people in the know and looking around on the net I've come to undestand a few ...
