Re: Job situation
I just went through the same thing. Started a new job mid January and after about 6 weeks I had cause to speak with one of the directors about this guys behaviour, and general lack of ability. Oh, and he caused me to lose about a days work because he couldn't bring himself to ask me if I was ...

Re: Another "is there a plumber in the house"...
Yeah, cheers for that Smitty. I did consider buying adaptors, but decided against it as it'd mean shortening and/or remaking the inlet pipe from the tap to the SP50. Got enough to do at the moment without making things worse, although a braided hose would probably do the trick (actually I am finding ...

Re: Another "is there a plumber in the house"...
Ok, time for an update...
The inlet pressure valve is an SP50 Male. I bought one at bunnies to replace the old one. Except the one I got was Female  took it back and found they didn't have any Male SP50's  But at least I got my money back.
So, I get home and think - "what to do ...

Another "is there a plumber in the house"...
Over the last couple of months we've lost pressure from the hotwater system, it just dribbles out at times, and is no where near as strong as the cold water. Immediate thoughts are that perhaps the pressure limiting valve is kaput, but is there anything else it could be? HWS is fairly new - dated ...

Did you used to have to walk to school? In the snow? About 30 miles away?
Feck, you'll make a good "granpa"
Printouts and maps are feck all use when you have your trip planned, know exactly where you are going, and then, like happened to me last week, about 2 k's from your off ramp, you ...

Re: What spider is this?
Interesting thing about spiders is that it often isn't the venom that is the problem, rather its the flesh eating bacteria in their mouths. And no I'm not taking the p!ss. Have a look through that USQ site, the guy that runs it knows heaps about the varieties etc. Send him your pic and he'll ...

If you look at the photo's in the first link, you'll see the bottom right photo has a stop sign in it. It is on the RIGHT hand side of the road. Not sure that I've ever seen a stop sign on the right hand side of any road in Australia, ever, not even on the exit to a driveway...

Yeah, I think you'd be hard pressed getting anything like that as a standard manufacturing line these days.
