A question...
What does the Tacho run off on a ZXR750J2??
Trying to problem solve...
Was on the M4....doing 100klms, then scooter spluttered and engine died, then came back on, died again, then back on...
Then kept going...didn't miss a beat after that....Has happened once or twice again ...

Ill be the 1st to say that i have NO skills OR experience in polishing untill i tried...its NOT that hard at all....
As ninja said.....start with a low number paper...and work your way up...
180, 400, 600, 1200....
then use a good polish/cream....MOTHERS is the best!!!!

YEAH, your right...with mine....the fairing breaks it all up and i think....compliments it...
Yes, i did all the polishing myself AND agree TOTALLY with what you said before also on how to go about it....just alot of T.L.C...
And MOTHERS is the ONLY polish i use now ...

I had some stone chips,scratches, etc, touched up on the lower fairing about...umm...8 or so years ago...
Other than that, thats how i got it back in 93....paint wise, i mean...
