Don't even bother with the intermediate Phil. Adv1 is the same but with the extra half day item.

I've done adv1 and found it to be really handy. So did some of the other sydneyriders lot. Not done adv2 but Anna from there did and said sh defo got more out of 1. The morning is a lot of stop ...

One thing I've found out with these bikes (I have the ninja650 2010 model) is they are heavily sprung and under damped. But the rear spring isn't that strong. It seems it if you look at the numbers, but you need to remember the shock is bolted straight to the frame and swingarm. No linkages. As such ...
