After leaving Robertson, turn left into Pearsons Lane once you hit overtaking lane. Follow that down through Kangaroo Valley, up Cambewarra Mountain and down into Bomaderry. Turn left at round about and it'll take 10-15 mins to hit Berry. Great ride.

Hope you get it sorted soon. Yes they really take off once you get over 10k rpm, no need to run all the way to redline though. Let us know what the outcome is with the shop.

At least 200kms out of a tank, probably closer to 250. Fun bike to ride.
