Yep that's Chris' Bike. I also met you for the first time at Warilla 2012. Victor Harbor this year was also a ripper.

Next VJMC Rally at Victor Harbor, 100km south of Adelaide ,about 2nd wk April 2014....Canberra 2015/16 probably around same time of the year.

The only bearing I have that is not in my spare motor,is the one you want!! It's still on the shaft so if you can't get a newy ,I'll send the whole shaft and you can take the sucker off!

Just take it down to a bearing place with the number that's stamped on it and get a newbie

Well I have lots of '72 and some '73 S1 parts and I'm more than happy to let stuff go out if it really needed,not all though!!.It must also be understood that 90% of it all needs restoring of some kind,whether it be paint,chrome or repair,some all three!.Salt air can be severely sneaky over time ...

Hey man...I have 3 S1 tanks and I think an S2 tank in the loft,with varying degrees of finish.All will need a de-rust,but no holes I hope,paint,chrome.Two have fuel caps,no fuel taps.Pay postage and one only is yours.
As your the first I can help,you'll get the best one I have of a so-so bunch.Too ...

Looks a good resto candidate to me davo,just try not to get too many new bits when possible,but I do also know that sometimes some

Hmmm.....I've found i'm just not cashed up enough to go the SC Project route, though their stuff looks pretty horn to me,so am now looking at SP Engineering,Delkevic or Ixil
